When you purchase products from the SPECIALIZED.COM.CN, please refer to the following installment plans and rates of Huabei. We highly recommend you to complete your purchase via Alipay on desktops.

12 months installments: 7.5%.

6 months installments: 4.5%.

3 months installments: 2.5%.

Instructions for applying installments on SPECIALIZED.COM.CN:

1) Select your product. Add your preferred products to shopping cart.

2) Check out. Select Alipay and choose installments.

3) Shipment. We'll inform you about the shipping status and numbers through emails and mobile notifications.

4) Monthly pay. You'll complete the monthly check according to the installment plans. You could check your Alipay account or bank account for details.

RETUL FITTING

From July 29th to August 31st, if you order TARMAC SL7 Pro and S-WORKS level bikes and frames on SPECIALIZED.COM.CN, you are eligible to a free RETUL FIT service at the pickup store you selected. Click here to learn more about RETUL FIT.

Instructions for redeem free RETUL FIT in SPECIALIZED stores:

1) Select product and pick-up store.

2) Make appointment. Our staff in specialized stores will call up to confirm your available time for RETUL FIT.

3) Arrive at stores to enjoy RETUL FIT.

4) Call back to review services. We'll arrange a second call to ask for your feedback on the whole journey and experiences.

Attention:

1) RERUL FITTING will take up 3-4 hours, please kindly arrange your time properly.

2) We strongly don't recommend you to take this fitting within 30 minutes after meals, to avoid any uncomfortable.

3) Please prepare the bikes, shoes, pedals need to adjust, and any apparels you would use during your riding.

4) Free fitting is only available to online orders on TARMAC SL7 Pro and S-WORKS bikes and frames.

5) After fitting, you will receive recommendations about components and apparels, feel free to take these advices.

6) You will be provided with a complete report on your fitting data later.

BIKE ASSEMBLE

When you purchase bikes and frames from the SPECIALIZED.COM.CN, the pick-up store you selected will be responsible for the first time checking and assemble. Bikes and frames assembled in SPECIALIZED stores, will be under the protection of specialized warranty services.

Instructions for bike assemble process:

1) Select product and pick-up store.

2) Confirmation. Confirm order details and arrange shipment.

3) Pick up at stores. After receiving products, staff in stores will contact riders to negotiate details about picking up. For frames buyers who want to have their frames assembled, staff will remind them to bring the components along with them.

4) Product Checking. Based on the checking list arrived with bikes and frames, staff and riders should go through each items one by one, and customer's signature on checking list is required before starting to assemble.

5) Adjust and complete. Riders are free to take their bikes home after assembling.

Attention: Bikes and frames are not allowed to apply for 14 Days satisfaction policy once confirm to assemble.

HOME DELIVERY

From July 29th to August 31st, if you order TARMAC SL7 Pro and S-WORKS level bikes and frames on SPECIALIZED.COM.CN, you can choose to have it delivered to your house by local stores. Our stores will offer free home delivery services to any places in the same city within 30KM.

For customers who want to have bike assembled at stores first and then delivered to home, please noted bikes and frames are not allowed to return after assembling.

Instructions for bike assemble process:

1) Select product and deliver store.

2) Confirmation. Confirm order details and arrange shipment.

3) Authorize stores to assemble bikes. Staff in stores will start to assemble after getting authorization.

4) Home delivery. To any places located in the same city with delivered stores, and within 30KM distance.

5) Call back to review services. We'll arrange a second call to ask for your feedback on the whole journey and experiences.

Attention: Bikes and frames are not allowed to apply for 14 Days satisfaction policy once authorize to assemble.
